Return Policy
Return and refund policy:
*All the return items must be returned within 14days after receiving.
*return items must be unworn, undamaged in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at burojjewellerystore@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: burojjewellerystore@gmail.com
*Earings items can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
*sale items are final and we can not refund it.
*We will start processing your refund as soon as we receive and inspect your returned items
*Unfortunately , we do not offer a free return lebal, the shipping cost for the return belongs to the customer.
*Buroj jewellery is not responsible for the lost returns sent without tracking.
*When the parcel undelivered and is returned to us we will issue a refund and if you still want the items, you will need to create a new order.
*Your delivery cost can not be refunded.
*Refund is the same as the order paid and you will receive the refund over the payment method you chose at checkout.
*The customer is responsible ( for international orders only )for any custom fees that may appear.
Lost Packages:
We are only responsible for packages that get lost while being shipped to you. If your order is marked as delivered but gets lost or misplaced at the delivery location, we will not be able to replace it.
Damage:
*If your item is faulty or was damaged during shipping, please contact us right away at info@burojjewellery.com and attach a picture of the item. Make sure to do this within 24 hours of receiving your order. After 24 hours, we cannot help, and the product will be considered as "misuse by the buyer."
